Here is a step-to-step photo guide to making Stevia Lemonade Popsicles:

1. Gather your ingredients and tools:

1. Get your lemon and put it on the plate.

2. Cut the lemon in half

3. Squeeze half of the lemon into a cup or a citrus juicer

4. Pour the lemon juice into the cup and add drops of Liquid Stevia to taste

5. Add water to the cup with the lemon and the Stevia

I do not know the exact carbs for these, but there are very few.  I eat these without bolusing for them.

Easy No-Carb Jello Ice POPS!

Sugar-free jello is an awesome treat that has no carbs! Here is the recipe for my homemade Jello Ice POPS! They literally POP after they start to melt...
they pop with jello!

Ingredients and Supplies:

  • Sugar-free Jello cups (flavors of your choice)
  • A spoon
  • A blender
  • Small plastic cups
  • popsicle sticks or a sturdy plastic straw
  • A freezer
  • A butter knife

Instructions:
*Some steps require adult supervision!

  1. Use your spoon to scoop out all of the jello in 3 of the cups.
  2. *Put all of the jello into a blender.
  3. *Have an adult (parent/guardian) blend the jello.
Don't worry if it looks all mushy right now. If it does, you are doing it right.
     4.                       Now take 2 of the small plastic cups and fill them
with the "blended" jello to the top. Pat them with the back of your spoon so they are flat on top.

     5.   Stick 2 popsicle sticks or sturdy plastic straws into the center of the cups.
These will act as the sticks.
6. Take your cups and put them in the freezer. Let sit and freeze for about several hours or until they are completely frozen.
7.  *Take a butter knife and "cut out" or cut around the Jello POP so that it slides right out.
The popsicle sticks/straws should be secure; as they are acting as the sticks.
8.  Relax and enjoy this no-carb refreshing treat!!!!!
