Low Carb Week- Day 3: Steak

Hi everyone!
Today I'm posting about one of my FAVORITE low-carb foods....steak!
I love steak! Especially filets...Have you ever tried Longhorn steak with white cheddar and bacon?
Oh my goodness....That is the good stuff! Steak is almost no carbs; which is AWESOME because it is so delicious. It also comes in different shapes and recipes: T-bone, Rib-eye, filet mignon, etc! You can have it rare, medium-rare, medium, medium well, and well done. (personally I like mine medium-well and it's safer for kids) Mmm... I'm getting hungry thinking about a tender juicy steak....
