My favorite snack to make my blood sugar go in range is....... A banana! is about 15 grams of carb and healthy! Bananas taste good and are good for you. This is my favorite snack to help my blood sugar when I'm low.I also drink chocolate milk especially in the middle of the night. The sugar in it gets my #s up and the fat/protein help keep my #s steady. It's 14 grams of carb for 1/2 cup.
